Being a Man Today: What Does it Mean?

Price

Free

Duration

6:30pm-8pm May 4

About the Course

Many men look up to Black professional athletes, entrepreneurs, entertainers as their inspiration and standards of happiness and successful men.

How do society’s definitions of success and happiness align with the way we live? Are those conflicts harming us and our communities, and how do we heal from this?

The workshop examines how Jesus the God-Man helps us be better in our roleS as brothers, husbands, fathers, uncles, and grandfathers. It explores how St. Joseph's and Fr. Augustus Tolton's lives empower us to be men of courageous faith.

Communities thrive when they ask questions, do meditative prayer, are self-reflective, study our Catholic faith, and build healthy relationships with others.

This webinar invites men to gather in discussion and meditation to tackle this topic. However, everyone is welcome to attend.
